This pretty little celluloid choker is for a child or someone with a very small neck, measuring a dainty 13 1/2″ long. If you have a larger neck, you could easily add an extender. The molded celluloid maple leaf pendants are a nice creamy white hue. There are ten of them, all measuring about 1″ x 1″. They hang from a white celluloid chain with a celluloid hook.
Condition is excellent with no major issues to note. In one photo, you can see how one leaf looks soiled or discolored. In person, you can barely see it without close inspection. I tried unsuccessfully cleaning it with soap and water and don’t want to use anything stronger that might damage the celluloid. Truly, you can barely see it. The chain and hook are in great shape.
Notes regarding care of your celluloid: Do not store it in a plastic/poly bag or box. Avoid contact with perfume or makeup. Store out of direct sunlight. These things can cause celluloid to dry out and become “sick.” Do wear it, and enjoy it!
